Special Characteres and Other Stuff

Hi,

I'm having some problems. My language is Portuguese and we have some characteres like ê or ã etc... How to put this characteres? What have i to change?

Other questions:

How to translate to my language without editing the original file?

How to change the templates? and integrate in my original system, like load top and bottom php script, or something like that...

Hope someone can help me

Hello,

To make ProXTestimonial use non-english characters you need to do the following:
Go to the Manage Skin section and choose Main template there. In the textarea enter the following code

Code: Select all: <html> <head> <meta http-equiv="Content-Type" content="text/html; charset=UTF-8" /> </head> </body> [CONTENT] </body> </html>

This will allow you to add these characters.

To translate member's part of the script, go to the Manage Skin section and edit different messages from the
"Your Template Messages(English)" template.

I've one more question, how to integrate in my website. The script have footer.php and header.php?

Were you write [CONTENT] SHOULD BE [PAGE_CONTENT]

Yes, you are right [PAGE_CONTENT]

Actually modifications can be made from that section - Manage Skin... Main frame - is something
you need to edit - it should look like your website pages - and [PAGE_CONTENT] will be replaced
with the "add new testimonial" form or testimonials.

Hi,

Yes, you're right. I try the code and actually it works with special characters but dont work if i get the javascript integration code.

The testimonial with special characters dont show when i choose integration by javascript. The place of testimonials appears without any content...

Is possible to show it using javascript?
